Early Help, is support given to a family when a problem first emerges. It can be provided by individual professionals or professionals working as part of a wider multi agency team.
At The Children’s Hospital School, we recognise that providing timely support is vital and by working collaboratively with children and their families this can support improving outcomes.
At school and with support from other professional we have developed an Early Help offer for our students and their families.

Early Help is also provided through Leicester City Council Early Help and Prevention Team and they can be contacted on 0116 4541004, if you wish to make a self referral.
