As a school we expect to see:

- Reduced gaps between disadvantaged learners and non-disadvantaged learners (gaps remain closed/ diminishes)
Due to the mobile nature of our student population we adopt a flexible approach to supporting our young people to enable them to reach their full potential whilst at CHS. For students, staff identify areas of underachievement, expected progress, areas of over achievement and how to help students further across the curriculum. This is done in uplift sessions and after school, alongside continual assessment, tracking and monitoring of students in all faculty areas. All learners are tracked and monitored by the Willow Bank School Leader (Diane Davies, Deputy Head Teacher).

The number of students classified as NEET at the end of KS4 will be reduced.
Independent learning skills will improve to support outcomes in 2020-21 and beyond.
